Interview with Rev. Victor Joseph
Abstract
Rev. Victor Joseph is the Principal of Woltulp-Bi-Buya College and a Torres Strait Islander priest within
the North Queensland Anglican Diocese. Wontulp-Bi-Buya is a college for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
leaders that offers courses in the areas of theology, addictions management, community development, and mental
health. The ecumenical college also offers a cross-cultural awareness course for non-Indigenous students.
